Fill in what you know.
Find what you don't.

Enrichment turns a name, a domain or a hunch into a full, verified record — company profiles, deliverable emails, real people, whole lookalike lists. It draws on more than one live source, falls back when one comes up empty, and attaches a confidence score to every answer. One capability instead of a stack of data tools.

Built into every table and workflow. No screenshot — that's the real shape of the output.

One drop-in. A whole data stack.

Company profiles, person and contact lookups, email finding and verification, reverse lookups, social profiles — and more — in a single capability, instead of renting a handful of separate data services.

Company profile

Turn a domain into size, industry, funding, tech stack, key people and HQ.

Person & contact

Turn a name or email into title, company, location and professional links.

Find an email

Work out the address that actually lands — generated, then verified.

Verify an email

Check an address is real and safe to send to before a campaign goes out.

Reverse lookup

Start from a bare email and get the person and where they work.

Social profiles

Add public social handles, follower counts and reach to any contact.

It doesn't guess your email. It proves it.

We don't buy a stale address and hope. From a name and a company, Enrichment works out the ways that company could format its addresses, ranks them by how common each pattern is, then quietly knocks on the live mail server's door — highest-odds first — until one answers.

  • Up to 11 real-world patterns, each with a prior confidence.
  • Highest-confidence candidate verified first; it stops the moment one is deliverable.
  • A dead address is ruled out on purpose — a trusted negative, not a miss.

Three honest outcomes, never a blind guess. Every result carries a confidence number and tells you which check confirmed it — so your outreach stops bouncing and your sender reputation stays clean.

It picks the fastest, cheapest way to find each answer.

Most tools send every lookup to one expensive source. Enrichment doesn't. It tries the quick path first and only escalates to a deeper, heavier search when the lighter one comes back thin — so it stays fast and affordable at any volume.

01Fast research first

A quick research pass answers most company lookups outright — no deep crawl, no wait.

02Search, then structure

If that comes back light, it runs a live web search and structures what it finds into clean fields.

03Deep search, only when needed

A genuinely obscure company escalates to a deeper search-plus-AI pass that digs until it has a name.

Already-seen lookups return from cache instantly — with the answer's age in hours and zero credits re-spent. You never pay twice for the same row.

If one source goes dark, the next is already answering.

Enrichment never leans on a single data source. Behind every lookup is a self-healing safety net: if a source starts failing, it's pulled out of rotation automatically, the next source takes over instantly, and the broken one is quietly re-tested in the background until it's healthy again.

Secondary sourcecooled down — one probe re-testinghalf-open · healing
  • A breaker per source. After a run of failures, a source's circuit trips open and is skipped entirely — no dead calls hammering something that's down.
  • It heals itself. After a short cooldown one probe is let through; if it succeeds the source goes fully healthy again, if not it stays out. No one has to flip a switch.
  • Never single-source.Even when everything's healthy, a slice of traffic is sent to the backup so it never goes cold — and you're never one bad afternoon away from a blank cell.
  • Honest provenance. Every answer reports which source produced it and whether it was a fallback — the same honesty as the rest of the platform.

Out of leads? Generate the list.

Enrichment isn't just for rows you already have. Describe who you want in plain English and it plans the searches, runs them breadth-first, dedupes as it goes, and streams matches into a fresh list you can act on — eight ways to find anyone or anything.

10 credits / record

“Fintech CTOs in London at Series-A startups” → it writes its own queries, runs page one of each in parallel before going deeper, dedupes continuously, and stops the instant it has enough — diverse matches, fast, not 200 near-duplicates from one search.

It would rather skip a row than fill it wrong.

A confident, wrong record is worse than a blank one. So Enrichment checks itself before it commits — the details most tools quietly get wrong.

It refuses the wrong person

If a profile it finds doesn't actually work at the domain you gave, it rejects it and tries the next candidate — not a confident mismatch.

It knows “London” isn't always a place

Search a location that's also a common first name and it qualifies the geography, so you get people there — not people named London.

It finds the real homepage

Given a company name it scores candidates by name and acronym similarity, strips legal suffixes, and skips directory noise to land the official site.

A confidence score on everything

Every field comes back with a number, so you trust the strong ones and review only the few that need a second look.

Real competitors, not mentions

Competitor discovery returns companies that serve similar customers and validates them — not every page that happens to name you.

One AI pass per batch

Messy results are structured in a single token-budgeted pass over the whole batch, not one call per row — fast and cheap at volume.

Woven into all five products.

Enrichment isn't a separate tool you export to and re-import from — it's a capability inside the products you already use. Same builder, same credits, no third-party data vendor in the middle.

Tables

A column that fills itself in for every row.

A tool your agent can call to look someone up.

Forms

A verified, complete list to actually send to.

All on one canvas — no CSV exports, no glue code, no second data tool to reconcile.

Drop it in as a node.

Enrichment lives in the builder as drag-in nodes — add one to a Tiny Form or a Workflow, wire an input in, and route the result onward. It runs server-side and is metered in the same credits as everything else.

Plus eight discovery modes for building lists from scratch — companies, people, competitors, businesses, influencers, funded startups and agencies. Same nodes, in Tables, Workflows and Agents.

What people do with it.

The same capability, pointed at very different jobs — all without leaving Tiny Command.

01500 names become a working prospect list.

In the grid. Paste company names into a table, add an Enrichment column, and watch each cell fill itself — industry, size, funding, tech stack, key people — live, row by row, with confidence scores. No export, no re-import.

02A name and a website become an email that lands.

For outreach. A rep has the company but no address. Enrichment generates the likely patterns, ranks them and verifies against the live mail server until one is confirmed deliverable — so the campaign stops bouncing.

03A handle becomes a full outreach packet.

For partnerships. Find creators in a niche over a follower floor, then enrich each one — email, every platform, their talent agency and past brand collaborations — turning a username into someone you can actually reach.

How it compares.

The standalone data providers are powerful. The difference is that Enrichment is built into the place you already work, draws on more than one source, and does the parts they leave to you.

If you want a raw data API to wire up yourself, the standalone providers do that well. If you want records enriched, verified and acted on inside the tools you already use, that's what we built.

Good to know.

Where does the data come from? +

From more than one independent, live source — live web search, a company's own web presence, live mail-server verification, public professional and social profiles, and business map data. Because no single source is the whole story, every answer is drawn from several and falls back when one comes up empty, so you don't get a blank cell because one provider had a bad afternoon.

How do I trust an answer? +

Every field comes back with a confidence score, and emails carry a deliverable / risky / rejected verdict. You trust the strong ones and review only the handful that need a second look — instead of re-checking the whole list. Each result also tells you which source produced it.

Do I need to write any code? +

No. Enrichment is drag-in nodes inside Tiny Tables, Forms, Workflows and Agents — add one, point it at a domain, a name or an email, and route the result to a column, a workflow step or an email. No keys, no servers, no third-party data vendor to set up.

Will I pay twice for the same lookup? +

No. Verified emails and company profiles are cached, so a repeat lookup returns instantly — with the answer's age in hours and zero credits re-spent.

Can it build a list from scratch? +

Yes. Beyond enriching rows you already have, eight discovery modes generate new ones — companies, people, competitors, businesses, influencers, funded startups and agencies — from a plain-English description of who you want. It plans the searches, dedupes as it goes, and streams matches into a fresh list.

What does it cost? +

It's metered in the same credits as the rest of Tiny Command — from 10 credits per enriched record up to 20 for richer discovery like businesses and influencers — on every plan, including Free. No separate vendor bill.

Stop buying stale lists. Build a living one.

Drop Enrichment into a table or a workflow and let it fill in, verify and find your data. Free to start.
