One AI brain.
Across all five products.
Tiny AI is the writing and reasoning built into Tiny Command. Fill a whole column, talk to your data, design an email, rewrite a question — the same AI, with a depth dial you control. It doesn't just generate once: its columns re-run themselves, and its assistant can actually change your data. Not a sixth product — the intelligence inside the five you already use.
One AI. Every surface you work in.
Columns, chat, emails, workflow steps, form questions — Tiny AI shows up wherever the work is, instead of living in a separate tab you have to copy answers out of.
A column that fills itself for every row — and re-runs when a source cell changes.
Ask a plain-English question and get an answer — or have it apply the change.
Describe the email you want and watch a finished, on-brand template build itself.
Drop a step into any workflow that thinks, writes, extracts or decides.
Let people answer a form by chatting — fields fill themselves from the conversation.
Reword any text to be clearer, shorter or warmer, swapped in place.
Same AI. You dial the depth.
Every task picks how hard the AI should think. Run thousands of cheap, fast passes on Nano, or dial up to Max for the few rows that really matter — same brain, your call, priced per use.
Your AI columns re-run themselves.
This is the part nobody else does. An AI Column isn't a one-shot fill — it remembers which cells it read. Change a source cell, and Tiny AI quietly re-runs that one celland writes the new answer back live. It's a formula that thinks.
Correct a company's website and that one positioning line silently updates — nobody re-triggered anything. Everywhere else, "AI fill" is one frozen pass; here it stays live. Pair it with the dial: Nano keeps 10,000 cells fresh for a credit each, Max re-reasons the few that matter. Blank rows are skipped, so you never burn credits on empty cells.
Talk to your data — and it acts.
Ask-your-data isn't a chatbot reading answers off a card. It runs real work on your table: grouped sums and averages, filters, sorts, conditional row colours, even creating, updating or bulk-changing records — and it builds a whole new table out of a PDF you drop in.
- “Total pipeline by stage, and highlight anything over 30 days.”
- “Bulk-update every churned account to inactive.”
- “Turn this price-sheet PDF into a clean table.”
It edits your latest version — never its old draft.
Describe an email and Tiny AI returns a full, on-brand template: heading, body, a rounded call-to-action, footer. Tweak the button colour by hand, then say "make it shorter" — and it edits the version you just changed, not the draft it wrote a minute ago. Your manual edits are never clobbered.
Image blocks even ship with AI-written alt text that doubles as a one-click prompt — so a missing hero image becomes "generate this" without you writing a thing.
The same brain, wherever the work is.
On the automation canvas it's a single AI node — pick a starter, set a prompt and an output shape, hit Test, ship. The exact same intelligence is the column in your table, the assistant in your data, the composer in your email and the sparkle in your form builder.
On the canvas, pick a starter — Answer Questions, Generate Content, Extract Data or Classify — then test it in the drawer before you ship.
Hand it an output schema and get back clean JSON that matches it, ready for the next step to read.
Long-form drafts from a tone, type and outline; researched briefs from a topic and a depth — inside a workflow.
In the form builder, the sparkle reworks a clunky question into a clearer one, swapped right where it was.
In a chat-style form, answers are gathered turn by turn and folded into fields with confidence scores.
Every call — column, chat, email, node — is metered in the same credits, on every plan including Free.
Powerful with your data, careful with it too.
Tiny AI never writes to your data directly. Every change it makes goes through the product's own safeguards, so "the AI did it" never means "the AI bypassed the rules."
Field names are validated against your live table before anything is written, and destructive or bulk actions are hard-gated behind an explicit confirmation. The AI asks, you approve, then it acts.
Where you'll find it.
Tiny AI lives in the builder — add it to a Tiny Form, a Table or a Workflow, wire your data in, and route the result onward. Metered in the same credits as everything else, so there's no separate AI bill.
A step that thinks, writes, extracts or decides — in plain English.
Fill every row from your prompt and source columns. Re-runs itself.
Ask your table a question — and let it apply the change.
Write outreach that sounds like you, from a name and a goal.
Describe an email, or tell it what to change — it edits your latest canvas.
People answer by chatting; fields extract with confidence scores.
How it compares.
The standalone AI writers and the spreadsheet "AI fill" buttons are genuinely useful. The difference is that Tiny AI is the same brain across everything you do — and it stays live and can act, where the others stop at a single frozen answer.
| Tiny AI | Spreadsheet "AI fill" | Standalone AI writer | AI chatbot | |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Columns that re-run when a source cell changes | ✓ | one-shot | No | No |
| Asks your data a question and applies the change | ✓ | limited | No | answers only |
| One depth dial, priced per task (Nano → Max) | ✓ | No | one model | one model |
| Same AI inside forms, tables, workflows & email | ✓ | No | No | No |
| Won't claim it acted without running the tool | ✓ | n/a | No | often guesses |
| One bill with the rest of your stack | ✓ | No | No | No |
If you just want a chat window to draft text, plenty of tools do that. If you want one AI that writes, reasons and acts inside the products you already run your work in, that's what we built.
Good to know.
Is Tiny AI a separate product? +
No. Tiny AI is the writing and reasoning built into the five products you already use — Tiny Tables, Tiny Forms, Workflows, Tiny Agent and Tiny Email. It's the column in your table, the assistant in your data, the composer in your email and the AI step on your canvas — one brain, not a sixth tab.
What does "the column re-runs itself" actually mean? +
An AI Column remembers which cells it read to produce its answer. When you change one of those source cells, Tiny AI re-runs just that one row in the background and writes the fresh answer back to the grid live — no button, no re-trigger. Rows whose sources are all empty are skipped, so you never spend credits on blank cells.
What's the depth dial, and what does it cost? +
Every task picks how hard the AI should think: Nano (fastest, for bulk) at 1 credit a cell, Mini (the balanced default) at 5, Pro at 10, and Max (maximum quality) at 20. Same AI throughout — you choose the depth per task and only pay for what you run, on every plan including Free.
Can it actually change my data, or just answer? +
It can act. Ask-your-data can filter, sort, group, colour rows, create, update or bulk-change records, write a spreadsheet formula, or build a whole new table from a PDF you drop in. Bulk and cross-table actions are gated behind your explicit approval first, and field names are validated against your live table before anything is written.
Will it overwrite the edits I made by hand? +
No. When you ask Tiny AI to change an email or template again, it edits the version on your canvas right now — including the tweaks you just made — rather than re-applying its own earlier draft. Your manual changes are the base it works from.
Do I need to write any code or bring an API key? +
No. Tiny AI is a drop-in inside Tiny Forms, Tables and Workflows — add the AI step or column, point it at your data, set a prompt and route the result. No keys, no servers, nothing to host or wire up.
Put real thinking into every step.
Add Tiny AI to a form, a table or a workflow and let it write, reason and act on your data. Free to start.
