Tiny Command exposes four actions, no triggers: List Employees (paginated with optional department/status filters), Get Employee (full record with employment status, department, role, manager, contact info), Add Employee (the onboarding-trigger path; create a new employee record with required fields plus any custom fields configured), List Departments (the org structure). The connection uses Zoho OAuth at ZohoPeople.* scopes. Add Employee is the standard hook for "a candidate accepted the offer in our ATS, now provision them in HRMS" workflows — the workflow takes the Greenhouse/Workable/Ashby hire event, maps the candidate's name, email, start date, department, role to the right Zoho People fields, fires Add Employee, then fans out to BambooHR-style downstream provisioning (laptop order, Slack invite, equity grant). Like other Zoho products, the data centre region matters at connection time.
