The Meet API itself is increasingly available (Meet REST API for advanced use cases like managing meeting recordings, transcripts, real-time presence), but the most common "create a meeting" workflow goes through Calendar. For workflows that need richer Meet operations (start a meeting programmatically, fetch a recording, get the transcript), reach the Meet REST API endpoints via HTTP action.
